Returns

Our email system is monitored 7 days a week for any comments you may have. Given this we have a 24 hour reporting and correction system in operation

Orders can only be cancelled if the item you have ordered is a stock item and has not been ordered by us from a supplier. If the item is out of stock, once you have placed the order and we have done the same with our suppliers, all customer orders remain binding. You are ordering to buy and not to try.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses that have been opened and slept on, cannot be returned.

Once goods are fully opened in anyway, there can be no refund only the defective parts replaced.

We try our best to package all items to the utmost, but accidents do happen and when they do we do our best to resolve them as soon as we can.

Unfortunately this ruling is necessary because some customers have been ordering furniture, finding they don’t like it and trying to return it. We are not a catalogue shop and therefore do not have the same returns policy as other major catalogue stores do.

Any damage to delivered goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving goods, if goods have been delivered via carrier.

All goods signed for from our own vans, must not be signed for if the outside packaging is damaged.

All items must be fully checked before opening. Any damage to outside packaging must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods.

For any parts to be replaced it would help us if you could supply an email with a photograph of the damaged parts, so that we can get that part out to you as soon as possible, preferably overnight, except for weekends.

None of the above affect your customer statutory rights.
